We have been using Tickdoc since 2022 for both our business and personal accounts. Sibo is consistently helpful and provides clear, well-informed advice. She demonstrates a genuine interest in supporting the financial health and profitability of the business and is able to clearly identify what is working well and where improvements can be made. Where a query falls outside her immediate remit, she is proactive in either finding the answer or connecting us with the appropriate specialist, particularly in relation to business development. We have been very pleased with the service received and would recommend Tickdoc.

The training I received from Sibo was good. She had obviously prepared well prior to the session and taken a look at my Xero account and questions before hand to provide great context. Her knowledge of the system and book keeping is excellent. I could have done with more time with her as an hour wasn't quite long enough but I will be sure to keep her in mind for future sessions.

I had an outstanding service from Tickdoc Ltd. They have been helping my business with bookkeeping and accounting since 2017. They have been reliable and always available to support whenever my business needs help even during pandemic. I really had a great service from tickdoc Ltd and I am forever grateful to have them.
