What to tell us, if you already know
None of this is a hurdle and the form sends without any of it. It is simply what a quote needs, and sending it now saves an exchange.
- Whether you are a limited company, a sole trader, a partnership or a landlord.
- What the business does, and roughly how many transactions a month it puts through.
- Which software the records are in, if any. Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, a spreadsheet, or a carrier bag.
- When your year end is, and whether you are VAT registered.
- What is going wrong, if something is. It is usually the fastest way to a useful answer.
What we do not take on
Said here rather than after you have written it all out. Where it is not us, we will say so and point you at somebody who does it.
- Audit work, and complex specialist taxation.
- Aggressive or unjustifiable tax treatment.
- Aggressive or unjustifiable claims for personal expenditure as business expenses.
- Work that is closer to a personal assistant than to an accountant.

What happens to what you send
Your message goes to Sibo's inbox, and you get a copy for your own records. It is not added to the newsletter, not put into any other system, and not sold on. To stop spam, the website keeps a one-line record of each enquiry on our own server for twelve months: the date, your email address and the internet address it came from, never the message itself. Tickdoc is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, and the number is one you can look up.
There's no cookie banner on this site because it sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, and the typefaces are served from here rather than from Google. Google reCAPTCHA is the only third party involved. It loads only when you click into one of the forms, and once it has loaded Google may set its own cookie to tell people from bots.
